At Be Well by Kelly, we want you to feel as good as you look in our curated fashion collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
